How does the underwater Hydromassage work?

Once you are immersed in the hydrotherapy tub, our certified specialist will apply a stream of water pressure by means of a hose with an adjustable spray nozzle. This delivers a high pressure massage that is effective, yet gentle, because it is buffered by the water.

What to wear?

You may bring your own bathing suit, or we can provide you with disposable spa wear.  

What to expect?

As a guest of AQUATESS Aqua Body SPA, you have full access to our spa room and locker facility. We will provide bath robes and slippers for you in between services as well as our special blend of herbal teas along with other refreshments. 

How is the hydrotherapy tub cleaned?

We clean the hydrotherapy tub before and after each client.

Our sanitation system of silver, oxygen and liquid ozone acts within seconds to neutralize any microorganisms, even those resistant to other disinfectants.  

Disinfection is used for killing viruses, bacteria and algae. 

I am pregnant. Is it ok to have a massage?

It is not advisable to have a massage during the pregnancy.

Where do I put my belongings?

Each guest will receive a locker to place their clothing, shoes and other items. A body spa is not responsible for any lost items left in your robe or the facility.

Reservation and cancelation policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice to avoid incurring the full therapy fee. Cancellations in less than 24 hours will require a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
