We would like to share our safety protocols with you. Your health and the health of our Aquatess family is very important to us.

All clients must have an appointment. Dropping by is OK but you must call from outside to establish availability before entering.

Here is what you can expect when scheduling and arriving at Aquatess:

• Please wear a mask when visiting The Spa. If you do not have one on, one will be provided for you. 
• Everyone must call from outside to check in. Please be patient with us. We will be ensuring that your room is thoroughly sanitized prior to your entry.
• Upon entering, we will take a quick temperature scan, ask you to use hand sanitizer, and then you will be escorted directly to your treatment room. 
• Please keep the appropriate 6 foot distance between yourself and others you encounter while visiting.
• Any forms that need to be filled out will be emailed to you prior to your visit. We ask that you fill them out before your arrival.
• Please arrive alone, unless coming with a companion who is also receiving services.

During your visit:

•  You might be asked to wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer more than once.
• You might be asked to please adjust your mask if it is not covering your nose and mouth properly.
• If you exhibit any signs of illness, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.

We ask you to kindly reschedule:

• If you have experienced any cold or flu symptoms over the past 14 days.
• If you have come in contact with anyone who had cold or flu symptoms.
