A powerful contrast hydrotherapy ritual combining pressurized hot and cold-water jets to awaken the body, stimulate circulation, and restore vitality. This refined treatment activates blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and metabolism, accelerating detoxification while relieving muscle tension and enhancing overall body tone.
The Charcot Shower is renowned for its sculpting and therapeutic effects—supporting spinal health, reducing cellulite, and leaving the body energized, lighter, and visibly refreshed. An ideal addition to detox and body-contouring programs, it pairs beautifully with our Seaweed Mud Detox Body Wrap for elevated results.

The recommended number of visits is 10-15 times at least 2 times a week. Of course, you can make it as you wish but attending at least once a week is advisable for the best results. You may bring your own bathing suit, or we can provide you with disposable spa wear.
